// Placeholder — final Privacy Policy to be provided by Seaway Digital. Replace this content before public launch.

1. Introduction

[Placeholder] This Privacy Policy describes how Vignette (the "App"), a product of Seaway Digital, handles your information when you use our Amazon Fire TV application.

2. Information We Access

[Placeholder] To display your photos, Vignette requests the following through Google's OAuth flow:

  • Read-only access to your Google Photos library
  • Your basic Google account profile information

3. How We Use Your Information

[Placeholder] Photos and album data are streamed directly from Google Photos to your Fire TV for display. Vignette does not upload, copy, share, or sell your photos or account information to any third party.

4. Data Storage

[Placeholder] Vignette stores only authentication tokens and user preferences locally on your Fire TV device. We do not maintain a central database of user photos or personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

[Placeholder] Vignette uses Google APIs to access your photos. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights

[Placeholder] You may revoke Vignette's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions. Uninstalling the App from your Fire TV also removes any locally-stored tokens.

7. Children's Privacy

[Placeholder] Vignette is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

[Placeholder] We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
